We monitor your system Daily for any  errors and make sure that System is working ok.

We will also review your requested video footage and e-mail you the footage that you requested.

1. This warranty Includes Parts and Labor24 Hour Response time.
2. Loaner Equipment will be provided if it takes longer than usual to fix the equipment.
3. All Upgrades are included in this contract.
4. Service Hours are M-F   8am -6pm PST.
5. Holidays / weekends are subject to extra charge.
6. Vandalism / theft and Water damage is not covered under this contract.
7. If equipment failure occurs please don’t try to fix it yourself, it will void the warranty.
8. We need a gate code or the key box to gain entrance to your property. Gate Code ………….  Key box code…….

1. System Will Auto notify Us  if there is any troubles with the system.
2. When reporting trouble please tell us your property name and address.
3. Remote Backups are always free for our clients.
4. As a service contract customer you will get 10% off of any Additions and Services.
